Single-sided LED light box

Single-sided light box

The most popular type — mounted flat on the façade. Translucent film front on acrylic, LED illumination from inside. Frame made of dibond or aluminium profile.

Double-sided light box — pharmacy projecting sign

Double-sided light box (projecting sign)

Mounted perpendicular to the façade — visible from both directions along the street. Ideal for premises in shopping streets, pharmacies and clinics. Illuminated on both sides.

Shaped light box — custom CNC-cut shape

Custom / shaped light box

CNC-cut light boxes in any shape — round, logo-shaped, with 3D elements or a 3D letter attached to the base form. The choice for companies whose logo doesn't fit in a rectangle. Production requires vector artwork and takes about 2 days longer than standard.

Light box production

The entire process — from design to installation — takes place at our own workshop near Bolesławiec.

Quote and design

Selection of profile, size and illumination. We send back your quote within 12h. A mock-up of the light box on a photo of your façade follows at the next step.

Cutting and bending

CNC machining, milling, aluminium profile bending. Precise dimensions and repeatability.

Film and LED

Application of translucent film, fitting of LED modules, connection of the power supply. Illumination test.

Installation on the façade

Our own installation crew. Mounting, electrical connection, handover with the client.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a light box cost?
The price depends on size, material and illumination type. As a guide: a 200x60cm dibond light box from 1800 PLN, an aluminium light box from 3200 PLN. A double-sided projecting sign from 1200 PLN. Send an enquiry — we will quote within 12h.
What is a light box made of?
We make the frames from aluminium profiles or dibond (aluminium-PE composite panel). The front is opal acrylic or translucent film. Illumination with SMD LED modules.
How long does light box production take?
Standard lead time is 2-3 weeks from design approval. Simple light boxes — from 7 working days. The deadline depends on complexity and current production workload.
Can a light box be mounted on any façade?
Yes — we mount on render, brick, concrete, sandwich panels, wood and steel. We select the right anchors and fixings for the substrate.
What is the lifespan of an LED light box?
LED modules have a lifespan of 60,000h (around 7 years of continuous operation). The translucent film retains its colours for a minimum of 5 years. Warranty terms are agreed individually at the time of order.
Do I need a permit for a light box?
In most cases a light box requires notification to the town/municipal office. In a heritage conservation area — the conservator’s permit. We help with the formalities and advise you.
